The receptionist took the time to reach out to our insurance and gave a call back to us while another company had simply cancelled our scheduled service. Bob was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to straighten out our bill which had been quoted at a lower price. Their customer service was spot-on and was much appreciated.
