very expensive i left the car for two day they charged me $380 for towing service for seven miles distance + $150 dollar to take my car out from backyard to front building .$530 is my bill .i spoke to lady over the phone they told me $530 dollar is my bill when i get there the gentleman told me $720 is my total bill then i mentioned i already get the price over the phone so finally they corrected for me overall their price is unclear
I strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. Their lack of professionalism and accountability can lead to unnecessary expenses and frustration. The towing operator failed to secure my car properly the night it was towed resulting in damage to the front and lower bumper of my vehicle. When I addressed the issue with Dana the boss of the company she ignored my concerns and refused to compensate for the damages. I contacted them multiple times to request compensation, but they either ignored my calls or denied fault although I sent evidence. Due to their negligence, I now have to pay out of pocket for repairs. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values their vehicle.
